Course Information
Description: So you've got your brand new bag of weed, it's an indica, or a sativa, or a hybrid. The person at the counter said "it's great bud," and now you're wondering what to do next. Smoke it, right?!

Well, sometimes it may not be as simple as this. Perhaps you're inexperienced and looking for a little more guidance. Or maybe you are very experienced and feeling a little stuck, weed doesn't hit you as well as it used to. Or maybe you're consuming more than your body, or wallet, can afford.

Whether or not these possibilities sound familiar, and even if you're only a recreational consumer, this course is for anyone wondering what cannabis fitness looks and feels like. Here we explore some therapeutic approaches to cannabis use, including helpful psychological models, methods, and tools that can help make the most of your cannabis experience.
